Payment Terms

• Subscription fees of £250 per month are charged monthly in advance

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date, with no additional charges or interest applied

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions.

30 days written notice is required for subscription termination, with services continuing until the end of the paid period

Service Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, excluding liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct

In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ophravionlex against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our service

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently through established channels.

Governing Law
